On Wednesday, March 20, AOI Pro. will host a panel discussion “BEYOND CULTURE, WHAT INFLUENCES FILM CRAFT?” at the ADFEST 2019 to talk about the various challenges of crafting films around the world.

Having AOI Pro. Creative Producer Julie Thomas-Toda as its moderator, the session features Asian filmmakers who are active internationally,such as Karina Taira fashion photographer / director, Aki Mizutani editor / director of Cutters Studios Tokyo, and Sling Ng director at Directors Think Tank (AOI Pro. Group).

Last year, at the first-ever ADFEST session hosted by AOI Pro., Julie Thomas-Toda spoke with Joseph Kahn to reveal his passion for film craft that made him one of the world’s most influential filmmakers of pop culture today, and this became one of the most popular sessions at the festival.
